It’s finally Friday. This week seemed like it lasted forever. I’m looking forward to the weekend, as always. I’ll be prepping and cooking the first of 2 meals next week. The first is for some very dear friends of mine that are having a baby in Monday. I figured that thanksgiving dinner might not be a high priority for them next week. I’ve got friends helping out with various side dishes and dessert. It’ll be fun. I’m gonna try out a new recipe for cornbread dressing. That I’m really looking forward to. I’ll use that same recipe when I home to see the family.
I certainly hope everyone gets a chance to relax and have a wonderful thanksgiving break. Be careful when you’re out on the roads. I here we’ll be raped at the pumps again for gas. That’s always nice. Happy Friday to all, and to all a good beer. Yeah.

So I’m sitting here at work and I have a massive headache. I don’t know why I have a headache but I do. It makes it really hard to concentrate on the things I should be doing. What am I doing? I honestly don’t know. I really would like to go home. Just 3 more hours…at most.
The 6th season of Scrubs has finally come out on DVD. Yes I already own it. It makes me happy. I love that show. You should check it out. You’ll like it.

I just finally watched the trailer for this movie. To tell you the truth…I’m going to go watch it. You want to know something else? If I like it, I’ll buy it on DVD and watch it at home too. Why? Looks like an awesome movie! Uh oh, I guess that means I’m not a good “Christian” because I’m not trying to get the movie banned in my bible belt town. It’s a movie people. A fictional movie. Are we really going to expect for every movie that may have a religious undertone to do so in a way that agrees with everybody? How stupid does that sound? Since when does God NEED to be afraid of a movie? Since when does God NEED us to come to his rescue? God doesn’t NEED anything from us. Did we forget that? I’m sure there are more pressing issues in the world that need attention more than a silly movie. Again, I look forward to seeing the movie and possibly even buying it. I guess I’m not a good “Christian.” Oh well, I don’t want to be.
Better late than never. Here it is. This is a very funny duo called Flight of the Conchords. I can’t say much more about them. You really should look up more of there stuff. Awesome!
You’re gonna bust on me for not posting in a couple of weeks. Really, a comparison to Finn? Never mind that I haven’t been home in about 8 weeks. That’s ok. I see how it is. Here is a post. Are you happy.
I’m in Fort Worth at the moment. I’m cutting this trip short and coming home tomorrow. Too many things I need to take care of on campus to be out on the road. This weekend will be filled with a whole lot of nothing-ness. It is possible that I will not be putting on any clothes until the new work week begins. Oh yes, I went there. I just want to do nothing but chill and veg. I think I’ve earned that. Feel free to stop by though. Don’t worry, I’ll be sure to put clothes on should you venture my way.
Here are some trailers for some really awesome movies. These are the first 2 movies of a fantasy horror trilogy. In short, they’re freakin awesome. Definitely a guy movie.
The first one is called Night Watch. It kicks the trilogy off and sheds some light on the story line.
The second is called Day Watch. This just came out recently on DVD. My favorite part is towards the end with the bus. Watch it and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
So, you know you want to check them out! Told you it looked awesome. The third movie will be out sometime next year. It’s called, you guessed it, Dusk Watch. What? You didn’t guess that? Oh…my bad. Now you know.
